Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data Quiet Branding collects when you visit quietbranding.com or work with us, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@quietbranding.com.

1. Who we are

Antonia Heater trading as Quiet Branding ("Quiet Branding", "we", "us") is the data controller for any personal data collected through quietbranding.com and through our managed SEO and GEO service. Quiet Branding is a sole trader, not a company.

  • Sole trader: Antonia Heater
  • Business address: 6 Eighth Avenue, Lancing, West Sussex, BN15 9XD
  • Email: hello@quietbranding.com
  • ICO registration number: ZC234888

2. What data we collect

Enquiry and form data

When you request a free SEO audit or book a call through a form on our site, we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form, that is your first name, last name, email address, role, website, the market you sell to, and any optional message or notes you add. We also record whether you ticked the box asking us to follow up about your results. We use this information to prepare for your call, produce the audit or report you asked for, and to contact you about it.

Booking data

If you book a discovery or onboarding call, the booking is handled by Koalendar. The name, email address and any details you enter to schedule the call are collected by Koalendar so the meeting can be arranged, and a booking record is shared with us.

Client information

If you go on to work with us, we collect the information we need to deliver and invoice the service. That includes your business and contact details, your invoicing details, and the information you share with us about your business, your customers, your competitors and your goals. Where you choose to grant it, you may give us read-only access to your website analytics or Google Search Console so we can measure and report on results. We use this information solely to deliver the service you have engaged us for and to keep our own records.

Website usage data

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand, in aggregate, how our website is used and how well it performs. This is privacy-friendly, aggregated measurement that sets no cookies: it does not build an advertising profile of you, does not track you across other websites, and does not sell your data.

We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure how the site is used. Google Analytics sets cookies, so it only runs if you accept optional cookies on our cookie banner. If you reject, or before you choose, it is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie policy page. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use this data for advertising.

3. How we use your data

We use the information we hold about you to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and prepare the audit, report or call you asked for
  • Deliver and invoice the managed service where you have engaged us
  • Send you communications about your enquiry or your engagement with us
  • Follow up about your audit results, where you have asked us to
  • Understand and improve our website
  • Keep accounting records and comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

4. Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we need a lawful basis for using your personal data. Depending on the context, we rely on:

  • Steps prior to a contract: to respond to your enquiry and prepare the audit or report you requested
  • Contract: to deliver and invoice the service once you have engaged us
  • Legitimate interests: to run and improve our website and to keep records of the people who contact us
  • Consent: for any optional follow-up or marketing, which you can withdraw at any time
  • Legal obligation: where the law requires us to process or retain data, such as accounting records

5. Who we share your data with

We use a small number of third-party services to run the website and the service. Each of these is a data processor acting on our behalf. We do not take card payments on the website, so no payment processor is involved.

Supabase (database)

The details you submit through our forms are stored in a Supabase database so we have a record of your enquiry. Supabase is based in the United States.

Supabase privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy

Resend (email delivery)

When you submit a form, the details are also sent to us by email through Resend so we see your enquiry straight away. Resend processes this data on our behalf solely to deliver the email. Resend is based in the United States.

Resend privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy

Vercel (hosting and analytics)

Our website is hosted on Vercel, and we use Vercel's privacy-friendly Analytics and Speed Insights to measure usage and performance in aggregate. Vercel is based in the United States.

Vercel privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

Google Analytics (website measurement)

If you accept optional cookies, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it. Google processes this data on our behalf. Google is based in the United States. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you accept.

Google privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Koalendar (call booking)

When you book a call, our booking provider Koalendar collects the details you enter to schedule the meeting. Koalendar is based outside the United Kingdom; where your data is transferred to it, the safeguards described in section 6 apply.

Koalendar privacy policy: koalendar.com/privacy

6. International data transfers

Several of our processors are based in the United States or elsewhere outside the UK. Where your data is transferred to them, we rely on appropriate safeguards, typically Standard Contractual Clauses approved under UK GDPR. If you would like more information, email hello@quietbranding.com.

7. How long we keep your data

Enquiries and leads: we keep the details you submit for as long as we are in contact or reasonably expect to be, and we remove them when they are no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Clients: we keep your information for the duration of our engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Financial records: we are required to keep records of financial transactions for 7 years to comply with UK tax law. This affects billing records only.

Website usage data is aggregated and not tied to you as an individual.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights. Email hello@quietbranding.com to exercise any of them. We will respond within one month.

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you
  • The right to correct inaccurate data
  • The right to erasure. You can ask us to delete your data, though some data may need to be kept to comply with legal obligations.
  • The right to restrict how we use your data
  • The right to data portability. You can request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • The right to object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • The right to withdraw consent for any processing based on consent

You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. Essential cookies that make the site work and remember your cookie choice are always on. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set if you accept them on our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our full cookie policy lists every cookie we set, and you can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

10. Children

Our website and service are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects when it was last updated.
