Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of quietbranding.com and to our managed SEO and GEO service. By using the website, or by engaging us and paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Antonia Heater trading as Quiet Branding ("Quiet Branding", "we", "us") operates quietbranding.com and provides the managed service described below. Quiet Branding is a sole trader, not a company. References to "you" or "your" mean the person or business using our website or our service.

2. Using this website

Our website is here to explain what we do and to let you get in touch. The information on it, including anything in our free audits, reports and articles, is provided in good faith for general guidance. It is not professional advice for your specific situation, and we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. The content, design and branding of the website belong to us.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it
  • Copy or republish substantial parts of the website without our permission
  • Submit false information, or someone else's details, through our forms

3. The managed service

Quiet Branding is a managed SEO and GEO content service: we help B2B SaaS founders get found on Google and in AI answers. We plan and produce content using our research-backed engine, and every piece is quality-checked by an expert copywriter before it reaches you. The exact scope of your engagement, including how much content we produce and over what period, is agreed with you before we start.

SEO and GEO work is a support to your own judgement, not a replacement for it. You are responsible for reviewing what we deliver before you publish it, and for the decisions you make about your own website and marketing.

4. Engaging us, invoicing and payment

We agree the scope and price of your engagement with you before we begin. We then invoice you directly. We do not take card payments or hold your card details, and there is no self-serve subscription.

  • Your invoice sets out what you are paying for, the amount, and the date payment is due. Payment is due by the date stated on the invoice.
  • By paying an invoice, you accept these terms. If we send these terms with your first invoice, paying that invoice confirms your agreement to them.
  • Monthly engagements are invoiced for each period as agreed. Fixed-term engagements (for example a three, six or twelve month term) may be invoiced once, up front, for the whole term.
  • If an invoice is unpaid, we may pause work until it is settled. We will always email you before we pause.

5. Cancellation

You can end a monthly engagement by telling us before your next invoice is raised. Once an invoice has been raised for a period, it stands for that period, because by then we have set aside the time to do the work. Fixed-term engagements run to the end of the term you have paid for.

You keep everything we have already delivered and paid-for work in progress is completed. We do not give partial refunds for a period already under way, except where you are entitled to one under the law (see section 6).

6. Refunds

If the service falls significantly short of what we agreed and we cannot put it right within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund under UK consumer law. To raise this, email hello@quietbranding.com and we will work it through with you. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under UK consumer law.

7. What you get, and who owns it

The content we produce and deliver to you is yours. Once you have paid for it, you own it and can use, edit, publish and adapt it as you like.

Everything we use to produce it stays ours. That includes our engine, our research, our methods, our templates and our know-how, together with the website and our brand. Engaging us gives you the finished work, not any rights in the systems behind it.

You keep ownership of the information and materials you give us. By providing them, you give us permission to use them to deliver the service.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Give us accurate, reasonably complete information, and keep it up to date. Thin or inaccurate information reduces the quality of what we can produce.
  • Where the work needs it, give us the access we have agreed (for example to publish or to measure results) and tell us if that access changes.
  • Review what we deliver before you publish it.
  • Make sure you have the right to use any materials you give us, and use what we deliver in line with the law.

9. No guarantees on results

SEO and GEO take time, usually several months, and depend on many factors outside our control, including search engines, AI systems, your market and your competitors. We bring a research-backed method and careful execution, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular ranking, amount of traffic, number of leads, AI citations, or return on investment. Anyone who guarantees those things is not being straight with you.

10. Anonymised insights

We may use anonymised, aggregated learnings from our work to improve our method and to publish general industry insights. Anything used in this way will never identify you, your business, or your specific results without your explicit consent.

11. Disclaimers

  • Our audits, reports and content are provided in good faith and may contain errors or estimates. Review before you rely on them.
  • Nothing we provide is legal, financial or other professional advice.
  • We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or reputational damage.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may pause or end an engagement if an invoice goes unpaid, if these terms are breached, or if continuing would be unlawful. You can end your engagement as set out in section 5. On termination, you keep everything already delivered and paid for.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change that affects a current engagement, we will let you know. The version that applies to a piece of work is the one in force when we agree that work.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
